    Located in the vibrant heart of Daugavpils, our 300 m² cultural space is more than a venue—it's a portal. With two multifunctional halls (capacity: 200), a coworking zone, and a fully equipped black box with modular stage, 500+ lighting and sound units, and flexible scenographic infrastructure, we host everything from screenings and performances to think tanks, exhibitions and residencies.

    In collaboration with institutions in Latvia, Poland, Estonia, Lithuania, Spain, France, Greece, and beyond, we conduct research that interrogates the seams of society—migration, inclusion, civic resilience, youth, education, media, and democracy. Our team combines grassroots data gathering with critical analysis to co-produce insights that matter.

    Our media team produces audiovisual and narrative content across form and platform—documentaries, podcasts, editorial pieces, branding materials, books, and websites. We’ve printed journals, told visual stories of borderlands, and crafted design identities for initiatives, events, and movements across Europe.
