New East Art Collection

At the heart of the New East space in Daugavpils, a quiet yet vibrant constellation of contemporary artworks forms our permanent exhibition. Located in the coworking hall, this evolving collection brings together oil paintings, ceramics, and graphic works by emerging artists from the Baltic region, Ukraine, Belarus, Poland, and beyond.

Here, visitors can encounter works by talents such as Eren Abramov, Emīls Kocers, Viktorija Valujeva, Anastasiia Krapivina, Šūmane, and others — each offering a unique lens on identity, materiality, and the emotional landscapes of our time.

The New East Art Collection is not static. It grows and shifts with the artistic energy around us. We regularly expand the collection with new acquisitions and remain open to receiving works as donations, purchases, or long-term loans. For us, this is more than an exhibition — it is a living dialogue between young creators and the communities that surround them.
