New East is non governmental organization for new education, enaed citizens and positive change.
New East for Media, Culture, Education and Community development was founded in 2016 by the active youth community from Eastern Latvia, with a mission to change physical and cultural landscapes of Eastern Europe. The Institute promotes positive changes and creates new ideas through its educational and art activities.
